"The only issue I had is that I booked a room facing the courtyard and got street-view instead...the staff said that even if it is written on the website it isn't sure until you check in. Lucky - the room is very sound proff and I was able to sleep very good despite the outdoor traffic... Other than that the hotel is amazing, great location and looks great."

"A really lovely hotel with really friendly staff. Room was nice with a very comfortable bed. Good pool on rooftop too! Breakfast was good but they do need more than one member of staff making eggs, omelettes. I highly recommend this hotel"

"Rooms are clean , view was great! The only "surprise" was a vegetarian breakfast, no meat products. They do give you complimentary couple pieces of ham but no choice otherwise. I would still recommend!"

"The best hotel we stayed so far within our 2-week travel in Europe. Helena is a gem in your hotel. Her help in directing our travels in Salzburg is exceptional. The daily transportation pass provided to us is really a big help and we were able to visit all the places we want to see. It is an excellent service from you! Breakfast is awesome! "I had an upgraded to a premium room on top floor with fabulous view but the rooms lacked basic features. Only a vanity mirror in bathroom, it didn’t have a sockets next to bed to charge your electronics, moreover if switched the master switch off, all the power was turned off. My iPhone nor my watched was charged. Incredibly surprising the hotel of this caliber and overlooked basic things"
