"If you're not looking for luxury but you do want a very clean, friendly, conveniently located, hotel with a comfortable bed, this is your place. The rooms are small and the bathroom shower could use some upgraded tile, but the shower pressure was good. Super quiet hotel and no outside noise was heard over night. View from the room was of other buildings. Staff was nice and held luggage after checkout until we were ready to leave town. I would stay here again, if the price is lower than other comparable hotels in the area."

"Very disappointed in the aesthetics of the room in the artist tower. It felt awful waking up in the morning and looking at a concrete ceiling that looked unfinished. And also the corner pillars that were concrete and unfinished.There was no luggage rack to put your suitcase on and no closets. It felt like you were in an unfinished room. Most hotels allow you to use their steam & sauna rooms without an extra charge. The staff was very courteous and excellent, and the cleanliness of the place was good. You should warn people before they book of the unfinished look of the room. I never would have book there. Our older children booked though you but we're in the other tower and their room were nice ."

"The room was well-designed, efficient use of space with all amenities. I especially liked the fact that everything could be controlled with the Ipad. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to shops at Newbury street and with the T right next door. The lobby was well designed with ample areas for lounging, dining or just spending time with other guests. I loved the vibe. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Boston."

"Great hotel overall inconvenient location. Pros: Very close to a T station (Symphony on the Green Line), room was clean and spacious, blackout curtains on windows, free breakfast snack included, and was significantly less expensive than other hotels in the area. Cons: Free "breakfast" was paltry-- it included only pre-packaged pastries and muffins, orange juice, and coffee. That's it. The bathroom had a strange design wherein it had a sliding door that did not lock, and the light from the sink part of bathroom was very bright (just a frosted wall separating it from beds) if turned on while others in the room were sleeping. Overall, though, I would stay it again and found it to be a good value."
