They were so kind and went WAY above and beyond with our luggage and accommodation. They truly saved Courtyard from getting a bad review. "

"The front desk personnel were very good to work with us due to our rental car breaking down on us. They allowed us extra time at checkout to get a new car and get our stuff out. The grits at breakfast were amazing!! The drawback was the hot tub. I booked this hotel for the reason it had a hot tub. There were some workers that were staying there, and they were drinking and had the hot tub filled the entire time, so I was not able to use it at all. "
