Room was dirty. Tables unclean, just overall not clean. Front desk staff was friendly during check in. We only got 2 towels, on hand towel and one wash cloth in our room. When we went to ask for more we were told only housekeeping has access to them and they were not on site until the next day. This is unacceptable.

1st room we got we had to change rooms cause the roof was leaking. But we were moved immediately and gave us another room brought us an extra towel the ac worked perfectly.Water was hot. Very close to restaurants and gas stations. The guy at the desk was friendly. Close to alots of things. I would definitely stay again. Family friendly. Pet friendly we had a good stay all the way around.

I would not recommend this property. Sheets were threadbare. Bugs in the room. No clock, no phone. No place to hang garments, no iron, no hair dryer, no pool. On the plus side the water got hot very quickly, the tub was clean and the refrigerator worked well. I did not have an opportunity to use the microwave. If you just need to get off the road for the night, this motel is adequate. For anything else, it was not good.

I did not know the current manager, she is a WINNER!!! Alana is professional, kind and keeps the facilty like a five star property. The room staff Charlene, is beyond excellent. She and Alana meet your every need! Kenny is wonderful with the best coffee ready daily! Glad you are back! Also, Jerry is fantastic too! So friendly and helpful. The owners have an outstanding LEADER in Alana and her team. She knows how to run a hotel! I have been in customer service all my life! We have stayed here before, it is better than ever! I hope Alana is recognized for taking this property to the next level! I have shared with all my friends here and out of state! I hope i do not price myself out of a room with such great service! Ha! Ease of access to everything we wanted to do. It was a basic motel but that was all we needed. When you are in an area like that you are never in your motel anyway.
