"All good, coming out from the Elizabeth Line could have been more prominent. Walking through the car park is not pleasant. The hotel itself us very nice, clean and rooms despite being between two runways, very quite. This us our favorite Heathrow hotel."

"Actually fantastic! Would consider it a budget hotel so wasn’t expecting miracles, but it was perfect. Well located, an 8-10 minute walk from Victoria station, helpful staff, extremely clean room. Rooms are quite small though so don’t come expecting a desk/kettle etc. The toilet and shower are in the same cubicle, and the bed snuggly takes up 90% of the room."

"Lovely bedroom which was larger than anticipated in central London. Separate shower as well as a bath was great. Room was very well maintained and spotless. Had a good afternoon tea in The Palm Court. All staff were approachable and helpful. Only slight drawback for us was a lack of a central place to sit and chill and get coffee or a snack during the day."
