The owner of the property said that we don’t have any bookings with them. We have to look for another place to stay on the last minute. Very horrible experience.

POCA CALIDAD HUMANA TE VEN COMO UN BILLETE ANDANTE

Peor imposible. A la llegada nos informan que no tenemos reserva y por lo tanto no nos pueden dar habitación. Que ellos no trabajan con hoteles.com cosa incierta ya que al enseñarnos las reservas que ella tenía de otros días en su email descubrimos que si tenían reservas de hoteles.com - Expedia. Pero la dueña sigue diciendo que no hay nada con nuestros nombres con una actitud bastante altanera y llegando a decirnos que ese era su hotel y entraba quien ella quería. Más tarde, una de las trabajadoras dijo mi nombre y apellido (este último dato nunca se lo di) y preguntamos que si no había llegado ninguna reserva como esa chica sabía mi apellido. Finalmente nos dicen que la reserva si llego pero el pago no. Después de casi una hora hablando con ella decide darnos una habitación pero a día siguiente nos cambiarían a otra inferior. En la página web decia que el traslado al puerto o aeropuerto era gratuito para estancias mínima de tres días. Así que como nos quedamos tres noches reservamos transfer la chica me dice que si que está incluido pero a la noche llamamos al hotel para asegurarnos nos lo cogio la dueña y nos dice que NO. Que hay que pagar 200 pesos ( una exageración ya que el día que llegamos pagamos por un tuk tuk 150 pesos desde el aeropuerto unos 12 km y ahora iríamos desde este hotel al puerto unos 5 km) al final pagamos 150 pesos aunque seguía siendo caro pero teníamos que salir a las 6:00am y para más Inri salimos a las 6:13 min porque se quedo dormido. FATAL
