Outstanding property!

Clean, inviting, and comfortable! Communication with the owner was timely and friendly, and the availability of beach items at the home was a plus. Highly recommend for a small (3-4 people) family!

Great property! So cute and just the perfect place for a getaway!

Took our family of 6 here for summer vacation and it was perfect! The house is beautiful and the island is perfect for families. Not too busy but still has everything you need! We will definitely be returning!

Nice location

Loved the location of the house. Just a short walk to the beach. The house has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The AC works great and keeps it nice and cool. The only complaint I have is that the beds could use an upgrade. Overall this place is a great stay!

Great beach experience

This property was very clean. The area was very quiet and peaceful and close to the bay area and beach area. There were locally owned restaurants nearby. It was a very nice getaway.

Our stay at the Tiki Hut.

Great location and owner! Easy walk to the beach and an even easier walk to the bay. Lots of extras like kayaks and bikes. Only negative were the dirty air filters that needed to be changed, other than that the Tiki Hut was a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend this owner and property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Dauphin Island. Would stay here again!

Beautiful home and location. Very clean. Very nice home owner, and a nice quiet neighborhood. Short 5 minute walk to the beautiful ocean behind the house. Will very much be back to the Island and hopefully this home.

Perfect stay for our beach holiday

Family of 4 stayed for 4 nights to play at the beach. They had everything we needed for successful fun beach days. We are a sporty family so we liked the 6 minute walk to the beach and back. We brought all of our meals with us and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Hope to rebook again same time next year.

Just a walk to the beach.

A nice comfortable stay. We were so content that we didn't even turn on the TV for the 4 days that we were there. The dining room table accommodated a jigsaw puzzle nicely. The private neighborhood beach out the front door was a perfect little break to sit and enjoy. The gulf beach was totally worth the trek if you leave the wagon behind.

Excellent Place to Stay!

Easy walk to the beach, bikes to ride. Fishing across the street (we caught several fish and crabs!) The house needs nothing. Far enough from town but not two far. We had four adults and three teenagers and everyone had enough room. Skinner's Fish Market is the place to eat!

Outstanding time on the beach

The Tiki hut was awesome. We loved the bikes and the closeness to the beach. The house was equipped with everything we needed and cooked every night we were there. Having all of the extra gear was really helpful we even caught some fish with the fishing poles that were in the storage unit ,I would definitely return

Great summer rental

Everything was amazing enough cooking equipment bikes for kids, kayaks were great. Even the view was nice! Everything but the beds were extremely hard to sleep in, felt like we sank in middle. Did not sleep break on my vacation. If beds were better I would go back!

Spring Break on Dauphin Island

We loved our stay on Dauphin Island. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything needed. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach but once there it was well worth the walk. Our girls enjoyed the kayaks and bikes it gave them a break from the beach. The front door was a little tricky but other than that no issues. We will definitely be back.

Awesome place to stay!!!!

The house was exactly as described! Everything was pretty great so it made for a very relaxing stay. My daughter loved being able to ride one of the bikes any time she wanted up and down the dead end street across the street. My son loved all the games in the game cabinet. We will definitely be back! The location is perfect on the island as well! I also highly recommend renting a pontoon boat, and taking it to the very western end of the island for a secluded beach experience with lots of big shells!

Tiki Hut is everything you could ask for in an island beach house. Kayaks, beach chairs, a wagon to pull your stuff to the beach...100 yds. from Mobile Bay to the front and 400 yds from the Gulf of Mexico. Bikes to ride and even a tandem bike for those brave enough to risk their marriage. Sleeps seven in three bedrooms, two baths. TVs, DVD players, DVD movies, wifi....comfortable chairs, beautiful decorations. And as good as the beach house is the owners, Richie and Jessi, are even better. They are Alabamans and embody southern hospitality.

Great location!

We had a great stay here, we loved being close to the beach and having ice cream shops and restaurants so close by. The layout of the house is very nice for a family or couple- enough rooms and beds for everyone and a comfy couch for hanging out. We loved the deck and being able to see the water and bird watch!
