"Fantastic place for a short stay! The dock, the lake views, the outdoor spaces are unmatched. The room and bathroom are perfect and the living area very comfortable. It has a “kitchenette”, so don’t expect to cook full meals. You can toast bread and warm/heat foods. The drip coffee maker is a great plus."

"We enjoyed our stay at Top Water Perch. The property was well equipped and extremely beautiful! Since we were attending a wedding in Statesville and had two small children in our party, the property served the purpose of a quiet oasis for our family and was conveniently located to the wedding venue. "The host was very responsive and accurate in the description. The game changer for our family was the extended space of the “man cave”. This location allowed for a surreal get away location for family members to compete with the golf simulator. Having several large commune areas was also a welcomed experience that allowed for both privacy and family gatherings. "

"The host, AvantStay, was welcoming and they were quick to respond to all communication. The home was clean and very comfortable for our family Christmas. One thing that stood out to us was the arrangement of sleeping quarters. The spaces are nicely separated so each of our four family groups were able to have some privacy. This also helped with noise—some people stay up later. Overall, this was a great stay. Nice neighborhood, clean home, well appointed.
