"Was a stop for one night! Shuttle was the only asset great for cruise/ airport. The check-in staff was the most unfriendly we have ever encountered on our travels!! Housekeeping staff was as well! Rooms were not the cleanest, our feet were filthy walking on the floors! There is No where to go in that area without a vehicle but to hotel next door to eat! It is a Very unpleasant feeling when you are made unwelcome! A smile goes along way! We will not return again! We will look elsewhere! "

"I loved staying at this hotel, and this was my second time visiting. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but there were a few issues. The internet was not working during my entire stay, which was frustrating. They also changed their TV provider, and there was no longer a way to stream TV, which had been available during my previous stay. The pool and hot tub were also consistently full of leaves from the surrounding trees, so they could have used more frequent cleaning. One thing I found interesting was that if you need plastic utensils later in the day, they charge you for them, so I recommend grabbing some from breakfast if you think you’ll need them. Overall, I still liked the hotel, but these are a few things I hope they improve. I would stay again and referred my Sister and Mom who are staying in the area in a few days. "

"Room 903 was clean the bathroom looked a bit outdated but was perfect for a wheelchair user as it had a walk in shower. If you plan to sleep during the day (like I did due to my health condition) bring ear plugs as it’s right across from the chamber maids closet and they bang the door going in/out every 15-20minutes. The noise stopped around 6pm. The door to the room isn’t mechanic and quite heavy so as a wheelchair user I would have struggled on my own. Only one USB socket worked by the bed. Breakfast was expensive for what it was - plentiful but luke warm at best. We only ate there once out of the 3 nights. The staff were very helpful, polite and welcoming. It’s not close to anything to see in the area but is perfect for business people. Starbucks is only open 6:30-11:00am - would do better if it was open later imo. Would I stay there again - yes if the price was decent. Didnt use any of the other amenities so can’t comment on those. "
