It was clean, nice and friendly staff.. had a single room which was quite large.. Turmhotel is near railway station and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel..the parsenn ski area is also just two bus stop away..

Nice hotel, not very luxerious, but everything what is needed to feel comfortable. Nice staff. Bar is closing very early. Only thing to seriously re-consider is the breakfast. One of the worst I ever had in a 4 stars hotel. There are never egg's avaialbe given the small station and the high amount of people. In addtion very little choice of fruits and bread (e.g. no Gipfeli).

Alles ok wie es zu erwarten ist. Netter Empfang, Zimmer gut und auch ruhig. Parkplatz war vorhanden hinter dem Gebäude. Kommen gerne wieder.

Das Personal im Turmhotel Victoria ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geräumig. Wir hatten sehr kurzfristig gebucht und brauchen ein Allergikerfreundliches Zimmer was wir trotz kurzfristiger Buchung bekommen haben. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Übernachtung in "geschlossenem" Hotel

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 3 Personen (2 Erwachsene und ein Baby) für eine Nacht gebucht. Beim Check-in wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel erst am Folgetag geöffnet sei, trotz Buchungsbestätigung. Sehr schnell und unkompliziert wurde uns dennoch ein Zimmer inkl. Babybett zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir waren sozusagen alleine im Hotel. Am Folgetag wurde uns noch ein grosses Frühstücksbuffet zubereitet. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir konnten drei Stunden vor dem offiziellen Check-in unser Zimmer beziehen und den Parkplatz nutzen. Das Hotel war überall sehr sauber. Beim Check-in wurde uns für unseren Hund eine Reduktion von Fr. 5.00 pro Nacht angeboten, was allerdings beim Check-out nicht berücksichtigt wurde.

Mittelmässiges vier Sterne Hotel

Personal, Lage und Frühstück war super. Wellness Anlage klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Beide Saunen waren sehr klein, eine funktionierte nicht an einem Tag. Zimmer gross aber nichts besonderes. Preis/Leistung schlecht, wir empfehlen das vier Sterne Hotel nicht unbedingt.

Schönes Hotel an guter Lage mit sauberen Zimmern

Da ich schon vermehrt in diesem Hotel war, kannte bereits alles. Die Zimmer sind nach wie vor eher klein jedoch funktionsmässig eingerichtet und sauber. Der Service sehr freundlich und kompetent. Mein Zimmer war in diesem Jahr etwas zu weit abgelegen vom Wellness, von der Reception und dem Haupteingang. Mein Weg zum Wellness führte an den Speisesäälen vorbei, was für mich etwas unangenehm war. Mich persönlich würde es beim Essen stöhren, wenn immer wieder Leute im Bademantel vorbeilaufen würden.

schönes Hotel mit Charme

Grundsätzlich war alles wunderbar. Wir hatten einen Willkommensdrink bekommen. Das Zimmer war ruhig, gross und hat auch eine Minibar und ein grosses Badezimmer. Super Frühstück. Was uns jedoch etwas gestört hat, dass man den Hund nicht mit zum Frühstück mitnehmen durfte - zumindest galt dies nicht für alle Gäste.

Helt OK rum, rummet var varmt och det hördes mycket från utsidan. Bra och personlig service. Maten varierad, en del mycket bra, annat mycket enkelt. Frukosten var varierad. Ligger 150 meter från buss och tåg, ca 10 min gångväg till liften. Man kan åka skidor till hotellet, och gå i fem minuter
