"Carpe Diem was absolutely lovely. We are a family of 5 so having the 4 beds was perfect! The kitchen was fully equipped which made it easy to start and end our days comfortably at the Villa. The views-amazing, the pool- amazing, outdoor area- amazing, inside space- amazing! We truly had a great experience! "

"This property was exceptional, and had everything we needed. The views were amazing. The home owner and property manager were very attentive, their recommendations of local spots to visit and outfitters were spot on. The hot tub was out of commission for our trip (although that seems to be a hit or miss amenity with all rentals). One thing to note with this home if you have elderly or young children, the lower 2 bedrooms do not connect to the upper floor via inside the home. There is a steep outdoor side stairs you use to get to them. We had to rearrange our sleeping arrangements because of this. Over all this property did not disappoint."

"The hotel is isolated with 2 restaurant options, both great. Pool is beautiful, beach unfortunately full off seaweed and unusable to no fault of the resorts. Car is a must if you want to see the island. Overall we were very happy with resort and would return. "

"EXCELLENT stay and property! The villa has everything you need!! There was nothing we needed that the villa did not have - from the kitchen, to the bathroom, to the pool float. Honestly, just bring yourselves and a small suitcase! Don’t hesitate to book this! It was the perfect ladies getaway with my mom and aunt and it could not have been more fabulous for our 1st time to St. Martin. So serene, beautiful, and well-appointed. Host is also responsive. Can’t wait to return. Thank YOU!"

"This place was such a relief, a true haven after the fist week at another horrible place So glad we found it and a true gem. The accompanying resort to this villa/condo was a great location too - offering serenity, activities and the best staff and food too. Oh and on premise little bakery too. Our last week here saved our vacation. A great place! "

"Thing could of been better very steep driveway driver couldnt come to villa had to walk up and down everyday not easy for older guests. Studio B not as clean as should of been no mid week cleaning as promised"
