"The room was large and nice, but I wish the glass partition between the bed and the living room blocked the light better (one person up earlier than the other). A bit disappointed that the breakfast on weekends didn't start until 7 am. The shuttle was very helpful and the drivers were very friendly."

"Spend alittle extra money and stay somewhere else. I was only planning to stay here for 7 hours and slept. That didn’t go as planned since I woke up with bed bugs bites. I also found one on the bed and took a picture of it to show to the front desk. Even with the bite marks and picture of the bed bugs, they would let me move to a different room without paying extra."

"We looked for the pool, it was dirty and didn’t run until the 5th day. The sprinkler system leaked 2nd floor, a few rooms down they smoked pot every night, I had a broken foot and the 5th and 6th day( our last day) the elevator was broken. The room had a broken toilet paper holder that was barely hanging on. The dresser had bent handles, and the bed was very uncomfortable. We wanted to look for another hotel, but we had a package deal and spent our budget. We would have had to use our extra spending money to go somewhere else. We decided to tough it out and stay. Definitely wouldn’t stay at another one of these hotels….."
