Hotel is clean, has plenty of parking, but is clearly old and has only rudimentary services.

Though the place needs some TLC, the property managers are very friendly, courteous, and quick to respond to any request. Would stay there again if in Daytona Beach area.
Owner was friendly and eager to plz. Rooms were clean great hot water for shower. Only thing is could be updated. But very clean and comfy. Will stay again. 10 min easy drive to track.
Undoubtedly the worst property I have ever had the misfortune of renting. The property from the outside only gave a very small hint as to what was going on inside. Not only was the room filthy there were holes in the walls that were badly repaired or not repaied at all. The bathroom was a feabile attempt to comply with ADA minium requirements. This was a mis- matched hodge podge hot mess. Outlets without plate covers, paint slung on the walls, ceilings and floors (yes, floors). A child could have done a much better job. The space allowed here is insufficient to truly convey the irregularities and deficiencies with this property. No amenities what so ever. Two tiny bars of soap were all that were added to the room; placed on the sink due to the noticibly absent counter. No light or mirror above the bathroom sink. Four non-complementary tiles adorned the bathroom which were an obvious attempt to repair "on the cheap". Lighting that left you in the dark or the brillance of daylight. This property does not need renovation - it needs to be torn down and replaced with something new. On a bright note (the only bright note), the matress was surprisingly comfortable. No daily services were performed during my stay or any explanation to ask for such. Bath linens could have been used in liew of sandpaper to smooth out the walls from the substandard repairs. Why did I stay? It was an event weekend and all other hotels were booked solid. The rates were triple their normal.
80 degrees everything looked like a third world country tv wouldn’t work the fridge was unplugged and overall gross. Oh and you can see light at the top and bottom of the door. Room 107
Room was sorta clean at a glance. Still had stains on the floor and the bathroom had stains and dead bugs in one side. They bathroom was very gross and didnt even have the right lid for the toilet. All around was just uncomfortable and not somewhere id go again.

Quickie
Limited lighting adjustability. No toilet paper in room had to ask in office. Limited internet. TV was so old we couldn’t even cast to it!
The room did not meet safety standards and was not suitable for occupancy. There was a lot of illegal activity going on at this property, including drug sales all night long. I told the host that there was a lot of bad activity going on, but she just said she didn’t know those people.
“I didn’t realize this place was open” uber driver.
This was the worst place I have ever stayed, and I always go low budget. My bedside drawers were both used as ashtrays by the previous guest and were still full of ash and tobacco. The bathroom had an elongated bowl with a short round seat. Dried pee was all over the outside of the toilet and brown streak marks inside the bowl. I was having a conversation with the person in the next room over, through the wall! Towels were FILTHY, but new ones were given at the front desk. I should have requested a new room, but I doubt they get better than that.
The room was nice sized. Refrigerator had roaches in it microwave was disgusting. There were several holes in the wall patches all over. The linens were dirty had stains on the towels, washcloths
Quick checking but be aware of an extra fees charge by the front desk. Scary hotel but ok. Microwave was mad dirty and freezer didnt work. Toilet seat was smaller than the toilet lol. Clean shower at least.
Did not have reservation, noisy, tiles missing on the wall in the shower. TV didn't work, wifi very slow. Would not go back. Office staff spoke very little english.
WELL THE PROPERTY WAS OLD AND RUN DOWN AND NEEDS UPDATED Amenities plus its in a bad drug and prostitution area too noisy room beds was very hard and pillows wasn't comfortable also it's very overly priced one thing i liked the owners was friendly but overall the hotel needs renovation bad in all areas inside and out
The dead bolt would not lock, no coffee maker, no hair dryer, tv remote battery door was missing had tape on it noise’s we stayed 2 nights if I could have gotten a refund I would have. Way overpriced even for bike week
Maintenance on the room was terrible. Paint on the shower curtain, walls floor, and furniture. Door was not secure. It was easier to stick the card in the striker than it was to scan it. 2 towels no wash cloths. Checked in and paid. Needed wash clothes and the front desk told me i didnt pay the pet fee after they asked me while checking in if I had a dog. I said yes. I would never stay there again.
