Newly furnished with cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Apartment includes linens, towels, 40” inch Smart TV includes 40+ channels and WiFi are included for your entertainment. Great food, music, drinks, shops and a lot of fun. Centrally located on a quiet piece of sand in the Daytona Beach Resort Spa and Conference Center.

    The apartament is at the beach, family-friendly activities, public transport, and nightlife. You`ll love the neighborhood, the ambience, the comfy beds and the outdoors space. Very good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).

Asked a question never got a response. 2 people stay is good but the couch fold down doesn’t stay down had to place a chair with a case of water n it in order to sleep. Toilet flush broke was all rusted, we fixed it with a hair tye. The location was awesome, good restaurants in walking distance.

The location and the view for this property, as well as the indoor pool and hot tubs is great, but for anyone planning a trip to Daytona, you need to manage your expectations if you rent this unit. First, as a former resident and frequent visitor to Daytona, I was familiar with this property, and I knew that the North Tower was significantly nicer then the South block of rooms. Prior to booking, I specifically asked the host if this unit was in the North Tower, which featured private balconies, and he said that it was. Upon checking in, I discovered the room was in the South block. thus, the balconies were nothing more than walkways for 20 or 30 other units. When I contacted the host about the location. he said that he told me there was no private balcony. I, then directed him to our text communication prior to booking and he realized what he had said and offered me a late checkout as compensation for misleading me. When trying to sit and relax outside, there was a constant stream of people walking by and you had to move to allow them by... very disappointing! Also, it was a little disturbing to find long black hairs on the countertops, floors and in the utensil drawers (mine are short gray). Also note that the photos show a beautiful pool and deck area when in fact two of the three outdoor water areas are not being used due to repairs and the tiki bar and deck area is under construction leaving only one outdoor pool. If you rent this unit understand what you are getting!
