Charming, quirky no-frills hotel. Staff was so nice and helpful. Rooftop bar is nice - furniture up there could be better set and it would be nice if they had their own kitchen so they didn’t have to go 5 floors down in the “fastest slowest “ elevator to bring it back up. Would definitely stay again

The location was good the roof top nice rooms ok small I was a issue with my room the day when I did the check in my beds was dirty like didn’t change like crumbs for the guest before the next day I telling to the front desk at 6:30 am about it and she said ok I send someone later to change the sheets she I come back at 6pm my room was dirty any housekeeping changed my sheets I go to the front desk to notify and the lady send someone

The room we reserved was not available. The first room we checked into did not have a working bathroom light. The second room we got had pee and pubic hair on the bathroom floor. The first room may have been the same way, but there wasn’t a light to see it. Beds was comfortable. Room wasn’t bad for the money, but it’s been over a week and I still haven’t had the deposit hold on my card released whereas every other hold from our trip was released within 24 hours.
