"The resort mentions a heated pool. Before I confirmed the reservation I called and verified knowing the beach weather would be cooler. We got there no heated pool. The mgr stated the heater was not working. The complimentary bikes was not available they only have 2 for that resort. Resort is somewhat outdated for as much as they charge. The parking rates are outrageous considering they charge you $40 for valet and they only park your car 10 steps from the hotel. Its $32 to self park at a parking lot across the street. The pickleball they mention is not at the resort it is at a community ctr down the street. Was not worth the money. Seems like they throw in extra fees. Will not return."

"We had 4 small chidlren in our group. The property was in a great location and had a nice outdoor space for BBQ meals and out door activity. The beach was right out our door which made it so easy to run in for lunch and nap time. The facility had some normal wear and tear but was clean and comfortable. We had a great time.Virginia Myers"

"Had a little Snafu with not getting the welcome email with code for entry and stuff but Kyle was super responsive to messages and got me the needed info. Great house in a quiet neighborhood, short drive to the Daytona area attractions. Back yard is completely fenced so safe for the pups, even our crazy Jack Russell. Would definitely book again if in the area."
