"The beach view was the main reason we booked this house. The view was beautiful! We were lucky that we booked the house during the “off-season” - meaning full summer hadn’t started yet. Since the beach isn’t private, there were people claiming their spots and using the beach right there every day - including early in the mornings with music. Thankfully the backyard/house is up a little hill so they weren’t right right there, but something to note. During prime season, I’m sure it’s even more packed all day, so something to keep in mind. Also - we were expecting the house to be overall cleaner than it was. Not expecting perfection, but considering the cost, we were disappointed in some of the cleanliness in areas and ended up doing some cleaning on our own. Would recommend the house to other people but just some things to keep in mind! The view though was unbeatable. "

"The rooms were nice but needs to be updated. My room had no view of pool. Came at wrong time of month. They had national drills going on. Too many young men in the pool."

"Had a little Snafu with not getting the welcome email with code for entry and stuff but Kyle was super responsive to messages and got me the needed info. Great house in a quiet neighborhood, short drive to the Daytona area attractions. Back yard is completely fenced so safe for the pups, even our crazy Jack Russell. Would definitely book again if in the area."
