Cozy Tiny House (4p) near the sea | Quiet mini camping De Haan

Welcome to our charming tiny house, located on a quiet mini-campground just 800 meters from the beautiful beach in De Haan. Perfect for families, couples, or singles who want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life for a while and enjoy peace, nature, and the sea on the Belgian coast.

Comfortable and Smartly Designed This cozy wooden cottage (25 m²) accommodates up to 4 people and is smartly laid out to make the most of the space. The comfortable living room easily converts into a cozy bedroom thanks to a luxurious sofa bed (160x200) equipped with high-quality Swiss Sense mattresses. In the separate, cozy bedroom, you’ll find a sturdy bunk bed with hotel-quality memory foam mattresses (90x190), ideal for children or extra guests.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven/microwave combo, coffee maker, and electric kettle. The compact yet stylish bathroom features a comfortable walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Thanks to smart electric heating, free Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV, you’ll enjoy comfort in every season.

Outdoor Living and Practical Amenities The private terrace offers a lovely spot to relax with a view of the greenery. You can safely store bicycles and beach gear in the lockable shed. There’s also a handy wagon available for use during your stay (please treat it with care so everyone can enjoy it).

Surroundings and Activities The mini-campground has been intentionally kept simple, with a focus on peace and relaxation. Directly across from the campground is a small playground and spacious fields for soccer and basketball, as well as a bike and go-kart track.

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find various shops and amenities, such as the Belise bakery and tea room, the Frietvosje fries shop, the Vosseslag pharmacy, and small, cozy markets near the community center and the 't Schelpestik tourist center. The beach is a short walk away, and the coastal tram stop is just 600 meters away—ideal for trips to well-known coastal towns like Ostend or Knokke, and with a short additional train ride, historic cities like Bruges.

Enjoy biking and walking trails right outside the door, or unwind during long walks on the beach and refreshing swims in the sea.

Important house and campground rules:
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
Electric vehicles may not be charged at the campground.
Be mindful of your use of electrical appliances to prevent overloading (do not use heavy-duty appliances at the same time).
Be aware of strong coastal winds; use the latch to secure doors and roll up the blinds when it’s windy. Also be mindful of light, freestanding items outside, such as patio furniture and the clothesline.
Do not move furniture from inside to outside.
Please respect the peace and quiet at the campground; quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
Parking is free in the parking lot across from the campground (unloading upon arrival is, of course, permitted).
Trash must be disposed of neatly and sorted at the recycling station across from the campground (glass is free; general waste is €1 per bag).
