Great experience

Just like every other Vrbo experience I've ever had it was a pleasant experience all around. Wish the same could be said for the rest of the vacation.

John was the best host ever. The apartment was so much better than a motel stay. Plenty of room to move around and cook if needed. The supermarket was down the street and best of all our kids live pretty close. Definitely would book again for our stay.

Nice apartment with a couple of issues

Check in info wasn't sent prior to arrival, took 1.5 hrs with VRBO/finally reaching remote property manager, who resolved immediately. VRBO site communique with manager didn't function, so had to get his ph # from VRBO. Very cute remodeled older apartment, great location, not as clean as one would expect but passable. Our unit was ground floor, which was OK, just not a "balcony" as described. Window coverings skimpy re: privacy for ground floor. Also had an issue with window A/C noise (very loud), property manager responded via text, but no resolution during our stay, so we left a day early. 1 Queen, 1 sofa (not fold out), only linens supplied were on the bed. Great for 2 people re: apartment size, kitchen well supplied, bathroom fine, TV was excellent.
