MOUNTAIN (BALGARR) CABIN RETREAT (Not quite glamping, perfect getaway)

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay!! The host was warm and inviting and nothing was to much. I had my dog with me and the accommodation was genuinely pet friendly, and not just providing an outdoor box for the dog to sleep in.The accommodation was incredibly clean.and.well serviced. Nothing was to much for the host and every effort was made to make my stay as welcoming and inclusive of my needs as possible. The location was perfect for me as it is right in the middle of the area I wanted to explore. Honestly, don't think, just book you won't regret it!!I cannot recommend highly enough!!"

"Our stay at Infinity Cottage was so wonderful! The cottage is comfy and cozy, well-appointed for cooking, and boasts stunning views from the deck. We enjoyed avocado toast in the mornings listening to the birds and watching the mist lift in the valley. Then in the evenings, unwinding by the fire pit and staring at the stars. Pim and Simon are exceptional hosts - generous not only with their produce (avocados, oranges and tamarillos galore!) but their time and chat (what a well-travelled, interesting pair!). We were fortunate to join them in exploring the farm, feeding the cows, and collecting and juicing oranges. The kids loved their time here, as did we. Thank you so much for your generosity and including us in farm life - wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back again! Za, Jon, Talis and Maija."

"The place is good. Lovely countryside property located near a farm and river. The team were friendly and helpful. Very comfortable space. Some points to note: As the place is in the countryside, be prepared to see insects (crickets, ants etc). The 20 mins leading to the property is a dirt road. The 4th bedroom is a garage that has been converted to a room. "

"The whole farm was beautiful, the cottage was perfect, the deck and the views were just stunning.The cottage is well appointed with everything you would truly need for your stay, the beds are very comfortable.We loved being able to go and see the cows and sheep as well as the chickens with one just out of the nest box spooking us which gave us a good laugh. The pool was really good too, you don't have to leave the property.Jan and Ian were also great, very responsive and fixed any issues really quickly. Can't fault anything g with this property.We recommend it to everyone and definitely want to come back again. "
