"Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was not great, not much variety and some things were either bland (omelet) or over seasoned (potatoes). The ability to access a full kitchen in our room was great for our family. We were really looking forward to the indoor pool and jacuzzi but stayed clear after seeing the very murky water and satisfactory rating on door. Never saw one person go in during our 3 night stay. Bed was very comfortable, room was spacious, pullout couch was okay for the kids. Nice water pressure in shower. "

"I’d like to share feedback regarding my recent experience, as I believe it reflects serious opportunities for improvement in cleanliness, responsiveness, and overall guest care. I have long respected the Hyatt brand, which is why this experience has been especially disappointing. Earlier today, when I opened the blinds/shades in my room, I found a smashed roach left on the window area. As I began packing my belongings to request another room, I also noticed small ants in the room. I brought these concerns to staff and was told twice that someone would be sent to address the issue. I then left the room for approximately six hours, believing that would provide ample time for the matter to be fully resolved. However, upon returning, there was still a smashed roach on the window, and I also found dead ants, including some on my skincare products. I was later told the room had been sprayed, but the visible cleanliness and sanitation concerns had not been properly handled. I requested to be moved to another room, but that request was initially dismissed and I was told someone would come in the morning to clean it. I then stated that I would prefer to have the remainder of my stay refunded so I could leave. At that point, I was offered another room, although I was informed it would be a smaller room. "Very clean and quiet. This is one of our favorite places to stay near Princeton, very good value. Note that the breakfast room doors close at 9am sharp even on weekends, which I think is a little early. "

"A great and affordable place to stay that is a short drive to town. Our room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable and parking is easy. We chose a ground floor room so it was easy to take our little dog out (yes, pet friendly) and being a motel, you can park your car right outside the door. Easy, peasy. We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast but we were able to grab coffee. The place is a little dated but it appears that they've refreshed the decor. We would definitely stay here again! "

Perfect location for getting around Lambertville & New Hope. Coffee & juice delivered to your room is included as is, the parking!
