"The hotel took over an hour to find my reservation- making me wait in the lobby at midnight. I showed all confirmation emails from the hotel itself ,but they still wouldn't let me check-in until they see on their end as well. They had an outdated check-in system and the customer service line was a mess. Beyond that, the rooms were dusty and had proof of bugs nesting in some areas.
