Stayed a thing this property for 6 nights, very modern room with comfortable bed.bathtooms are spotless & had all the basic things such as soap shampoo toilet paper etc. they have a buffet breakfast which is really good. Best part is it is very near to the M block market which Ian a cool hangout place.
A shower head completely blocked up that took 2 days to rectify by replacement and included them trying to convince me a trickle of water was OK. Be very aware that when talking to the very sour staff in English you will get the noddies but comprehension is near zero and annoyingly they will guess and persist in that interpretation. A simple request for a wash basin plug was ignored; I ended up cutting out the bottom of a plastic cup to size - worked quite well. I was forced to move rooms after 3 nights and then after another 8 nights forced to move to another hotel as they were sold out.
Location: Ideally located in GK1 near M Block Market, plenty of stores and eateries within walking distance. 5mins walk to Starbucks and Cafe Culture.
Room: I was rather disappointed as the front desk gave us a room with no view since we have booked 2 rooms with city view. Both rooms were supposed to have king beds but they joint 2 single beds. I do not understand why they call this a boutique hotel as there is nothing like it. Room size is decent and clean. Bathroom complete with hairdryer and basic toiletries. It would be great if they have a shower curtain. The bed was too soft for my liking as i could really sleep well as though my whole 'sink' onto it. Stains on pillows were instant turn off!
Facilities: There is an elevator and an empty rooftop in the building. WIFI connection was stable.
Service: Front desk staffs were helpful in arranging ground transport/taxi ready for us in the morning. Fast check-in and out.
Food: Buffet style, local Indian breakfast were served along with fresh fruits, salads, breads and drinks. Personally, I am impressed with their breakfast as they changed their menu everyday so that we can have the chance to have breakfast like a local. Masala idly was my favorite. They take guests feedback seriously as they approached us everyday for comment!
STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL.assisted with luggage and dining options.also provided charger since my adapter wasnt working.

Bad Experience
We planned to stay for a week but we were moved out of the hotel for two days due to some maintenance work. The second hotel manager said that they would be able to accomodate for a day only and asked us to talk to the ivory 32 management as they were informed. We had to run back and forth from the new hotel to ivory yo get things clattified as both of the hotel staff were, lets say too arrogant to deal with our problems. The staff was very arrogant and displayed a serious lack of professionalism. They started talking utter nonsense and were talking to us as if they were doing us a huge favor by letting us stay there.
I had a great stay at Ivory, nice rooms and really good beds and good bathroom. Breakfast also good and plentyful, roomservice worked exellent and the dinners they brought me was really great. Quiet place. The staff were very helpful and attendant. I will come back for sure next time i visit Dehli.
we liked the stay in the hotel. room, though minimalistic in size, do have al necessary: cattle, tv, neat bathroom with hot water, huge window added light and cheer. Breakfast was ok, but could have had more continental food choice, it mostly focused on indian cuisine. the personnel was nice and friendly. Location was wonderful - very quiet, far from noisy main road, yet very close to many attractions (like lotus temple, ISKON etc).
minimalistic but cosy room, with all needed facilities, staff is friendly, breakfast is ok, though mostly focuses on Indian cuisine, location is good, close to Hare Krishna temple, Lotus temple and metro. The area is quiete and awy from main road noise, so far one of the nicest hotels we stayed in Delhi
