So far the best 5 star hotels we have ever stayed in. Every single staff member was so welcoming and accommodating to any requests. The best part was there was complimentary kids menu which made our mind into ease. The dinner and breakfast buffet was just superb. Can’t wait to come back for our next stay. When we were here with our guides, the service was amazing. The days that I booked outside of our tour however were bad enough that I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel. An air handler had our floor flooded on the first stay. Drains were not draining in the room, and the overall room condition was subpar. On the tail end of our trip, There was the smell of mildew on my floor, and upon checkout the cashier tried to charge me for snacks that I had never touched (this was at 2am on the 5th of July). The only thing keeping me from giving a one star is that the service was very good on the days that our local tour guides booked and accompanied us.

An absolute hidden gem

Booked this place for 3 nights. Check-in process was a bit tedious and lengthy (not sure why as they get a lot of foreigners on business trips). While checking-in, we were pleasantly surprised and escorted by a Concierge Manager (Rajesh M.) to an event that they were having at the time to celebrate the beginning of the festive Christmas season. We were made part of the celebrations and even met the General Manager of the hotel (Suman, I believe) who made us feel very welcome at the hotel. Rajesh was excellent and very knowledgeable about the offerings at the hotel, and even ensured that we got a room that was convenient and comfortable for our needs. The room was well laid out and efficient. All amenities provided were of excellent quality. Rajesh went above and beyond for a special milestone birthday, and decorated the room with balloons, cards, and cake. That chocolate cake was one of the best cakes I have had and it certainly left a lasting impression. My only critique was that the bed was very firm for our taste and we often woke up with sore neck and back. The buffet breakfast was decent, but you get the same items everyday (with very minimal changes). Service at the buffet restaurant was sub par as we had to often request the same thing a few times. Nonetheless, the overall stay was excellent and I would absolutely stay at the Le Meridien (in Gurgaon) again.

The breakfast was amazing and so good. The spa was convenient and 24/7 which was amazing for after the long flight. Service was great and very accommodating!! Very pleased with the stay
