Blissful Relaxation best describes this 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1 ¾-bath townhouse style condominium. Entering the front door reveals an excellent floor plan and a homey atmosphere. The main floor features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a window overlooking the community playground, and two closets offering ample storage. Then, there’s an awesome and completely restyled ¾-bath with a tiled shower, floors, and all-new cabinets and fixtures. Next; you’ll be delighted by the newly remodeled galley-style kitchen with luxury countertops and all-new stainless appliances, including a dishwasher. A breakfast bar with three bar stools also serves as a great pass-through to the living/dining area with a dining table and two chairs, a comfy couch, a flat-screen monitor, and a built-in gas fireplace to cozy up to. Outside is a small balcony, where you can take in the sights and sounds of the magnificent, wooded mountain area. Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a small sitting area and a laundry cubby with a stack washer and dryer. There’s also a loft bedroom with 1-queen-sized bed and plenty of closet space. Finally, there’s a split full bath with a tub/shower combo. Snowater is a gated community in Glacier, WA positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests.
