"It was much better than I expected for the price. Bed was very comfy, room was clean, breakfast was one of the best I've had from a budget motel. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast area was small and busy but the range and quality of what they offered was good and they stayed on top of making sure it was clean and stocked. The property isn't new but it was clean and everything in the room worked fine."

The only thing was the loud noise the room doors make when closing (we were awake by other guests either arriving or leaving their rooms because of the doors closing too loud), and we can hear people talking in the next room (I’m sure they could hear us too). "This was the perfect little get away tucked by the river! Cozy and relaxing. I needed to be in the area for work so decided to bring my Husband and our dog to make a nice fall weekend out of it. We got take out and would bring it back to the cottage and eat by the water or inside, but we could have gone to grocery store and cooked in the cute kitchen. Hammock was so relaxing. Would definitely love to come back!"
