Suite Loft – a 70m² loft apartment for four people on the first floor with an elevator, with an American kitchen and a large bathroom with a bathtub. It has an open loft with a double bed and a spacious and comfortable sofa bed in the living room; fully equipped open kitchen and workspace; a large bathroom with a bathtub.
Penthouse Duplex – A spectacular independent duplex penthouse on two floors with 136m² for four people on the second floor with an elevator. The apartment\'s access is private with a security key by elevator. You can also access the second and third floors through the building\'s staircase.
From the elevator, you access a modern, spacious, and bright independent kitchen. From the kitchen, you have access to a large enclosed and covered terrace (with a motorized roof that you can open or close according to your preferences throughout the year).
