"Great location near George Square, and the staff were very friendly. Rooms are very small though, and housekeeping only cleans the rooms every other day, which was disappointing considering the price point. Not a dealbreaker, and a good experience overall, but also lacking some of the small touches you would expect at a hotel charging $250+ per night"
"I wouldn’t stay here again, have stayed in way better in Glasgow. The rooms are micro sized, coffee shop very pricey , No AC in our room that worked properly , no real lighting super dim in the rooms, no sink or tub in the bathroom . Only ever had 1 towel . Got a weird message from them after I checked out ( 3 hrs before I needed to I might add ) saying I was late. However the location is great can’t beat it. Probably better for the student crowd ,though it’s still expensive. It’s a def pass...
"This hotel is centrally located and is about a 7 minute walk from the Queen St train station. We arrived at noon and our room was ready so we appreciated being able to check in right away. It was clean and air conditioned and although our room was small it was very well organized such that it didn’t feel crowded. I appreciated the rental umbrellas in the lobby. Check in was very efficient and the reception is staffed 24/7. This hotel is a good, reasonably priced option when visiting Glasgow."
"Terrible experience. We were put ina handicap room so shower had only a curtain that was 18 inches from floor. If I showered the entire bathroom floor flooded. A safety hazard for certain. The room was so hot. One of the fans we were given started to smoke and blew heat after an hour. I called the front desk just after 9pm and there was no one on call to help! Absolute nightmare!!!"
