Nice convenient stay near the beach in Sanur

We had a nice stay in Puri Mango. The staff we helpful and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The deco is getting a little old but still loads of life yet.

SANUR OCTOBER 2024

Nice hotel in the north of Sanur near the beach and ICON Shopping Mall. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with a burst water pipe in my room at 0500hrs. It was dealt with very professionally and I got moved to a different room very quickly. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I am in Sanur!

Stayed for 6 days, rooms aren’t massive but are tidy. Do wish there was more English channels accessible on the Tv! But you don’t go for the TV so that’s not a biggie Rooms are clean and tidy, staff will happily ask and clean every day if need be, bathrooms are average for the area but still nice! For what you pay here you get a lot more than what you expect would go back again!

Situated the very far northern end of Sanur Beach area so a little far removed from our normal “playing arena”. But good value for money if you want cold air con, clean, comfy beds and friendly staff. The cafe/resto franchise attached to the venue downstairs had excellent pricing and some of the crispy pork belly value variations I have eaten in a long time and all for just $8 AUD per serve! Very close to the new major shopping mall which is an excellent attraction in itself. Jimmys Sports Bar 100m away had all the footy games over the weekend. Wasnt the worst place I have stayed in Bali overall 7.5/10

Bad stay at puri mango hotel, don’t be fooled by the word hotel, it’s a guesthouse and only just manages to be one, it’s borderline a hostel, shabby rooms, one ordinary lock on the door bathroom not clean, toilet missing the bum gun, no safe to store valuables, no slippers or bath mats overall unsafe feeling, the staff were nice enough. I booked 5 nights here I stayed one and checked out the next morning as soon as I could. I strongly avoid like the plague!!

Felt regret was stayed at this hotel, with unfriendly manager and staff in check in time. They forced me to paid more money, even I was paid with hotels.com by online. Condition hotel no toilet paper and mat towel and no rubbish bin. Never recommend this hotel to others.

Ok but old. Probably lovely when it was built 75 years ago but now very tired. That was probably the last time the sink drain was cleaned, that also applies to the shower head. No hot water .the picture of the pool did not match reality, tiles coming off. Tv powered up but no channels so useless.
