This hotel was just wonderful, from the moment we arrived we felt so warmly welcomed. The villa itself was just beautiful. The grounds are lovely and the restaurant at the hotel is just wow, the food was so yummy and the setting is so beautiful. We cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The Pavilions Bali is a peaceful oasis in Sanur that was great to return to after a busy day. It is green, quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed everything about our stay and the staff were terrific. The private cottages have lush tropical surrounds that helped us to unwind and were a delight to stay in.

숙소는 편한 편이었는데 청결상태가 좋지 않았음 오픈된 공간에 나무로 둘러 쌓여있어서 벌레가 많은 것은 이해할 수 있으나 이전 숙박객이 두고 간것 같은 쓰레기 조각이 남아있고, 침구류의 퀴퀴한 냄새는 좋은 인상을 남기기 어려움

3名で宿泊しました。レストランやルームサービスは全て美味しく、何よりスタッフの方々のホスピタリティに感動しました。 3名で当日利用できる良いスパが見つからず、フロントの方に相談したらすぐに良いお店を紹介してくれて予約まで済ませてくれました。 シャワーをたくさん使うとお湯が出なくなるのと、冷房の温度を下げないと部屋にカエルが出てくるのが少し残念でしたが(私自身はカエルは可愛くて好きです)、次にバリに来る時もぜひここに泊まりたいです。 ありがとうございました。

넓은정원과 자연친화적 환경 이쁘고넓어요 하지만 우기때라 폭우에 배수가 안되요 주변 웅덩이는 당연하고 화장실변기까지 그리고 모기가 엄청나요 그리고 각종 소음이 심해요 입구 밤에 몹시 어두워요 직원들은 대단히 친절합니다 우기때는 가격이 좋은 이유가 있었어요

We just had a six-night stay at the Pavilions Bali two bedroom pool villa. Staff were genuinely warm and helpful, it made us feel so welcomed. The villa grounds are a nice and quiet retreat from the buzz of Sanur. The breakfast is served in the villa with a good variety of options to choose from. In-room dining is a life saver during rainy weather when staying in the villa was a better option. Food was carefully prepared and very delicious. The mall is across the street and dining outlets are plenty up and down and main road. The Sanur beach is just a short stroll away. The only small gripe was the wooden door to the villa was a bit old and did not lock easily. The mini kitchen facilities were a bit run down and really needed an overhaul. Other than this, everything else was perfect!!

We loved coming back to Pavillions. It is a delightful oasis, offering privacy, good service and security staff are lovely and professional. A beautiful place and haven for relaxing. Great brekkie. Little to fault. Very accommodating and we will definitely be back.
