Our room was very clean, no complaints. Our tv had problems and we told staff about it. We were told what to try to remedy the problem and it worked. Breakfast room was busy, but clean. There was alway a person there keeping everything clean and wiped up. There was ample food and seating. An ideal stay. One night stay.

Perfect for overnight stay. We had tickets for a concert at Red Rocks and this location was perfect as a 15 minute drive. The next morning we were headed to Estes Park so the included breakfast buffet got us on the road quickly and convenient as right off the highway. Bed was comfortable; room was clean. Included self parking is also a plus. Got there early so had time to explore Golden.

I always find a comfortable stay at Holiday Inn Express, but this time, I was disappointed. Not a huge things, but inconvenient: there were no cups in the room, for coffee or water or anything else. I did find that the body lotion was watered down. We went down for breakfast at 10 til 9, and before we finished at 9:20am, the cleanup had started, and the food was gone. I would have liked another 15 to 20 minutes, a link sausage, or at least gotten my food before they shut down. The bed was very comfortable, the room was a comfortable temperature. I believe these are the only things I found that were a little less perfect than before.

Location was what we needed and that must be why they could charge so much. Everything felt dingy and quickly headed toward run down. The breakfast bagel was stale and a cockroach wondered across the breakfast room floor. The AC unit rattled noisily. Tiny towels and no extras provided. Pool and hot tub were cloudy and unappealing.
