LINCOLN BEACH is centrally located 10 mi S. of Lincoln City and 3 mi. N of Depoe Bay. Our home is located off the end of a quiet cul de sac facing the ocean with no traffic and safe for kids to play. The upper Main level 2200 sq feet. Which gives a great expansive view w quick beach access. Stairs from garage to main living area The lower level is unfinished/not available at this time. We have a birds eye view of whales, crabbing whale watch boats. . Surfing , fishing and whale watching, kayak tours available. Depoe Bay is known as the whale watching capital of the world and smallest navigational harbor. Fogarty Creek State Park and day use area 5 min. Fishing rock state park a must to explore.. We have lots of activity brochures ( in kitchen drawer.) available for planning your activities. Downtown Depoe Bay is a tiny beach town known for having the smallest navigable harbor in the world and home to the Coast guard. Storms bring large sprays of water onto the hiway. Depoe Bay offers multiple fishing charters and whale watching excursions. Gravel path on the N side of property to access road to where you can connect to a beach trail . These paths involve some minor physical ability. . Bedrooms have emergency fire escape ladders. Washer and dryer in garage. , Foosball table, corn hole in the garage w many sand toys, beach chairs. No handicapped /senior access to beach.

Friends get away!

The house was everything we wanted. It was well stocked with, kitchen ware, spices, sugar, flour etc. the beds were comfy and the view was outstanding!

Wonderful stay on the Oregon coast

Outstanding Property and Views

This is an outstanding place with tremendous views of Lincoln Beach and the ocean. We were celebrating my wife's 60th birthday. She said I nailed it on this one. We would love to stay here again and I will recommend this to friends, for sure!

Our Yearly Birthday Retreat Never Disappoints

We had another amazing stay here, our 6th year and 7th stay. The house is so perfectly situated to view the beach and ocean, but also this time around the Northern Lights! Paul and Gail provide a warm, clean, and incredibly well stocked home for a large clan of people like ours. As always, grateful for the opportunity to stay here. Beautiful beach bonfire the last night of our trip was overcome by a gentle fog. Magical every time.

Beautiful views

It was a very nice home, well suited for a group of folks, close to stores and restaurants. No beach access, disappointingly, unless you drove for several miles. Dishwasher did not work, nor the fireplace. Evidence of animals using floors/walls to urinate, although no smell. It was a good stay, just needs a bit of TLC/cleaning/repair to be perfect.

We didn’t want to leave!!

What can I say about this home? It was excellent. It was cozy and comfy and perfect in every way. The wifi is spotty, but for us we didn’t mind at all as we came to “unplug”. The weather was beautiful, even the few rainy days. The trail to the beach isn’t bad at all and it was super easy access. The home is spotless and has everything you could possibly need. And the view...wow!! Thank you so much for sharing your home with my family. We will definitely be back.

Unique place; whale watching from the living room

Can't really do this place justice with a short description. Spacious, clean and quiet for my family of 5 including two oversized teenage boys and one hyper active 10 yr old. All three boys enjoyed the short walk to the beach and running into and out of the cold ocean. We all enjoyed buying and cooking fresh seafood from local markets and exploring the coast between Newport and Lincoln City. Depoe Bay is a nice little town too. Highly recommend the Tidal Raves restaurant. I don't recommend Newports harbor area; reminded us of overcrowded Gatlinburg TN back home. Most unique and special was to watch whales, sea lions, seals and otters from the panoramic living room windows. Maybe there are other places that's possible but not many. Anyway we really appreciated our time at the Lincoln Beach house and hope we can find a way back. Thank you Paul and Gail. DAC

Disappointing

Our arrival at this home was less than exciting. It smelled as if it had been closed up for a while. There was excessive hair in the bathtub and shower, dust on the dining chairs, dirt in the kitchen sink, and the bath towels and hand towels smelled of mildew. The home did not appear to have been cleaned recently (which set off my grandchild's allergies) It was definitely outdated, which I was expecting, but I was not expecting to have to clean before we could 'move in'. Granted, the view is spectacular and the decks are newer and very nice but, when contacting the manager regarding our disappointment about the cleanliness (within an hour of arrival and providing photo evidence), we received no resolution.

Comfortable Home with a Magnificant View

My husband and I, four adult children, and grandson stayed in this home for four nights. It was extremely comfortable - plenty of room for everyone, well-equipped kitchen, two great decks with furniture, and a great view of the ocean. The path to the beach was nearby and easy to navigate. My favorite part was falling asleep to the sound of the ocean each night. This was our first time staying on this part of the Oregon Coast and it was a very nice change. We visited the Oregon Aquarium, Devils Lake, the Lincoln City Outlets, and Several tide pools and parks. The owners were great to work with.
