Room ok for size, clean, very noisy area, pool access limited to two broken ladders so no exiting pool if you are old, also pool area very slippery if wet
Rooms are clean and fairly new. Had to wait an hour to check in, which is officially at 2pm (always a pain). No hot water in shower - best was lukewarm. Balcony not very good either. But, the view from the bed in room was great, and the pool area was too. Breakfast = just okay. Overall 3.8/5 stars is about right.
I found it very dirty, so I actually left and went elsewhere. The management was very nice and tried to get me to stay in another room but I was exhausted/jet-lagged/too uncomfortable about the first room to agree.
It was good the room was smaller than the picture looked online and there could have been more cutlery and utensils for the stove but everything else was good
Stayed in this accommodation for 4 nights, i would have stayed longer but it became fully booked so sadly i had to leave to another hotel...for the rate you pay you can do much worse..Given the choice i will book to stay here every time from now on.
Great location for nightlife street food and most services. Truly felt like my own home while i was there not a hotel. I LOVED IT...

Disliked: Staff & service
...
Minded that restaurant was slowest ever and didn't charge us correctly. Which then later lead to that we were accused that we would have not paid the restaurant bill (which was not the case). I think this was managed really badly from the hotel. Kettle did not work. "Hotel pool" was full of people taking selfish (or pictures of Western tourists which seems to be a local attraction, go and tell...) all the time, which was far from relaxing. Otherwise it was fine.
I stayed for 2 days with my wife, for some family occasion. The room was clean, staffs were nice. They cleaned our room while we're away. You don't need to be worried about food, because you can find various types of cuisine & place to eat at very near distance. Sky pool is also very nice. Overall,we were very satisfied. We will comeback again. Thanks.
Brilliant and clean hotel. Pool is amazing and the location is perfect

Liked: Staff & service, room comfort
It was more like a budget hotel.
The hot water is limited, the towels are dirty, the parking lot are narrow and small. The breakfast was not up to standard in taste. The room itself was quite comfy, the air conditioner works fine, and the hotel's view is nice. There are quite a lot of restaurants in walking distance from the hotel.
Saya sangat senang dan gembira menginap disini..jika saya datang lagi ke Yogyakarta saya akan menginap disini lagi, saya akan cadangkan kepada teman2 saya untuk menginap di student park hotel & apartment Yogyakarta...
Nice and clean room, will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Liked: Room comfort
like a studio-type college flat(dorm)
Overall, it was nice to stay there. though it was only for a night, longer stay should be comfortable as well. The room I stayed was like a studio-type college flat (or dorm) with enough furniture for longer stay. The only thing I wondered was why the shower room did not have a door. The security was good, which lifts for rooms are only accessible with room keys. Talking about the accessibility to the hotel, it is not necessarily convenient area for tourists who wants to explore the city centre; if you are already familiar with Yogyakarta's city structure or about to start to study in UGM, UNY or else, the hotel should serve you well. It seems more and more cafes are opened; it should be interesting to discover the area itself.
