"Very good hotel,we had an issue with the heating in the room but informed reception who offered to move us to another room or put a heater in our room,we took up the latter and had a nice meal in the restaurant and when we went back to the room the heater was already there,so 1st class service."

"We have stayed at this hotel several times. Nothing disappoints from the excellent service received Just wish we knew executive rooms don’t have walk-in showers. Just recovering from a second knee replacement so will have to make sure rooms have a walk in shower. Loo hopefully won’t be too low on our next visit. "
