Located on a quiet, tree-lined street in one of Des Moines’ most walkable neighborhoods, this centrally located home offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience for families, friends, and group getaways.

You are just minutes from downtown, Drake University, top restaurants, nightlife, coffee shops, and local favorites. A short walk brings you to the historic Waveland Golf Course, the iconic Waveland Café, and La Mie Bakery, making it easy to enjoy the neighborhood like a local.

Inside, the home features a warm and inviting living area designed for relaxing and spending time together, complete with smart TVs, games, and comfortable seating. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, quick breakfasts, or evenings in, while the dining and living spaces flow easily for group stays. The bedrooms are comfortable and thoughtfully set up with ample storage, making the home suitable for both short visits and longer stays.
