Clean, Safe, Good Value for Small Group

Very clean, towels were new and fluffy, beds were comfortable. Ceiling fans were great, air conditioners very noisy and required bedroom doors to be left open to use. Host provided wifi code on request. A 45 minute walk from downtown, so car required in most cases (unless you are visiting Drake University, which is very close).

Very clean and nice place - lots of room and very cozy. Fit all 6 people just fine and was in a good location for things to do.
