Amenities were ideal with breakfast food items included plus a bottle of Prosecco and shortbread as a thoughtful Christmas gift. "We had a wonderful 2 night stay - staff was helpful and very friendly. We received an upgraded room upon registration. The room was spacious and comfortable! The breakfast buffet was also very good. Parking was easy at a ground car park a block or so away ... and the hotel was within walking distance of all the 'old city' sites (e.g., Richard III visitor center, cathedral, Roman sites, etc.). Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Thanks to all the staff at the hotel."

These small touches made us feel valued and well looked after throughout our stay. "Nice Hotel in the town, clean room,Staff good , Parking good in the Sol centre but £8 for the day. Good breakfast. I had a room at the back of hotel and there was a lot of noise, the hotel know about it that's why they provide ear plugs in the room if knew about it before i would have requested a room at the front. where my son was and he said it was not to bad."
