"Property was as advertised. 40 minutes from PSP airport. Near shopping like Walmart/Costco etc. Quiet neighborhood. Kids loved the pool/game room and pedal cars The only negative would be the lack of cooking items like spices, condiments etc but they were clear that they didn't normally have that stuff stored in the house.If planning on doing cooking bring or buy your necessities .There were only 6 of us but 3 families could stay there if need be, plenty of room."
