Summer by the Sea is located in the exclusive neighborhood of Destin Pointe on Holiday Isle. This location is unique because of the close proximity to a special beach with calm waters protected by the jetties and is a beloved location for snorkeling by locals and tour groups, all just a five minute stroll from the house! Sleeping 13 across four bedrooms, this beach house is ideal for family groups looking to enjoy the Florida sunshine! Summer by the Sea also boasts a private pool with lounging area and grill that guests can use even in inclement weather!

Let the calm wash over as you enter Summer by the Sea. Bright whites and cool blues accented with natural wood tones welcome you to a peacefulness that you can only find at the beach. An open floor plan allows guests to move between spaces effortlessly and connects the kitchen, dining, and living room. The living room is a plush space with seating for eight and provides access to the balcony where guests can bask in the sun and enjoy the neighborhood. A large dining table is available nearby, seating eight guests and the kitchen will be found next. This kitchen is white, clean and has all the essentials for any home cook including stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and bar seating for four - a great place to enjoy a breakfast. One queen bedroom is offered on this main floor and includes an en suite with a large walk-in shower and access to a shared balcony overlooking the pool.

The main level being on the second story allows for a private oasis under the house and is a swanky place to hang out in the evenings. Here guests will find some furniture to lounge on, a grill, and a partially covered pool so guests can enjoy this space in any weather!

Additional sleeping arrangements are available on the third floor of this beautiful beach house - two queen bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo, a bunk room with one twin/twin/twin bunk and one twin/twin bunk, and the primary queen bedroom. The primary bedroom hosts a gorgeous ensuite with a large walk-in shower and dual sinks plus this room boasts a private balcony with a peek-a-boo view of the emerald waters!

Perhaps the best place to catch a sunset and enjoy a cocktail is on the fourth floor, out on the rooftop terrace overlooking the neighborhood. This cozy space has couches for lounging, an additional air conditioner to stay cool and a spectacular view of the Emerald Coast sunset!
