Chateau La Mer II Tradewinds # 703

Chateau La Mer II Condo 703 is a very nice one bedroom, one bath, on the second floor. Warm wood floors, large flat screen tv with a Brand New Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room. Open concept kitchen with granite counters and breakfast bar. This unit has a walk-in shower.

The vaulted ceilings and open floor plan will give you a spacious comfortable feeling. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes and cookware to whip up everything for a quick meal.  

King bed in the bedroom, brand new queen sleeper sofa in Living Room. Sunroom is perfect for reading or relaxing on the love seat. Owner provided washer/dryer and Wi-Fi Internet. Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels.

Short walk to our deeded beach access to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast,

This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.
 

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February for this unit.
For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee.

Property was located about 20 minutes from the core of Destin. Private beach access is across the street and about a 7 minute walk from the unit. Pool was clean and well maintained. The unit itself was well-stocked. A few things could use updated, like the bathroom floor was peeling up in places. Also note that the sunroom has no doors. This creates a privacy issue for the bedroom as it is open to the living room through the sunroom. A curtain or pocket door would be nice if you have other guests sleeping in the living room. Washer/dryer was useful to have. Property felt safe and quiet

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and the property was nicely kept. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach, which wasn’t bad at all. The condo was a nice, quiet spot to hangout after the beach!

Everything and everyone was so nice. Close to literally everything that you could possibly need. Lots of fun and entertainment. Great restaurants. Condo was private and quiet. And the people who work in the office to help with things are amazing. Pool was nice and clean and the beach was private, close and absolutely beautiful. I’m definitely coming back next year.

Destin beach stay

The queen bed needs to go into the garbage,its wore out with mattress stains. My back hurt me the whole stay.The sofa bed had dirty sheets on it when my friend opened it. The floors were very dirty. No garbage bags,one roll of toilet paper for 3 women. Kitchen was good and equipt.

Perfect Timing

With the hurricane and storms going on I had emailed we weren’t going to come. They were so sweet they called me and told me their weather was great. Come on down. No storms. My grandkids and I had a great week!

Anniversary Get-away

Our stay at the Tradewinds #703 was absolutely wonderful. The condo was extremely clean and well managed. It was exactly as describe on the website. The entire staff was extremely kind, responsive, and very professional. The location and beach access was amazing. We will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this property.

Great property

I would absolutely stay here again. The condo size is perfect for 2 people. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach but with the chair and umbrella service included, it’s so worth it. I also love that the host sends info on local places to eat and things to do. I highly recommend this place.

Great place, great location!

This was our first experience with a VRBO but not our last. Richard made sure our stay was comfortable and thought of everything we might need. The cleanliness and level of detail was perfect and it was great to be so centrally located! We will definitely be back!

Quiet family environment. Great location. Beach access with beach service was amazing. Fairly priced and clean. Thank yall for the stay. Depending on what unit you get the walk time to beach differs. Ours was about 7 minutes, but We will be back!!

Wonderful area -great price

Great little place

1 Bedroom, 1 Bath but plenty of room for myself and two children. Easy walk to the private beach with two chairs and an umbrella.....One of the best long weekend vacations we have ever had!!!

Last minute getaway...

I decided just a few weeks before our stay that I needed a few days away. This property was a great location, great pice and gave us access to all we needed. I really loved having the included chairs and umbrella as part of the price. It was one less thing to worry about and one less thing to pay for. We had a great getaway! Thank you!

Yes, Destin is Beautiful!

The unit was just like the photos: a little “beach kitschy” but clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for shopping and restaurants. A/C was a plus since occasionally the weather was warm (mid-April to mid-May). The laundry nook contained two bookshelves of numerous choices of light reading material--a nice touch. The beach service included was great! Any day we walked the ¼ mile to Destin’s lovely white-sand beach, there were two chairs and an umbrella already set up for our use! Richard, the property manager, was very helpful, answering questions, making recommendations and accommodating a couple of our special needs. Two suggestions: Add some under-counter or cabinet lights to the kitchen, which was rather dark. And, in a rental of this type, miscellaneous old or dilapidated things accumulate over time. It might be beneficial for the owners to inventory the kitchen and all closets and remove anything that has lost its usefulness. But that's a suggestion, not a requirement. Overall, the unit had everything needed.
