On the second floor, guests will find two spacious seating areas, each featuring a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, custom cabinetry, and plenty of counter space, making meal preparation a breeze. The breakfast nook offers seating for six, while the breakfast bar provides two additional seats. The dining room features a large table for eight, complemented by a beautiful chandelier. The neighborhood also features a community pool and hot tub, with the pool heated annually from March 8 through April 19. If cooler weather persists beyond April 19, the HOA may elect to extend the heating period.
