Come enjoy your next vacation in this renovated two-bedroom, two-bath condo located on the beach at Shoreline Towers in Destin, Florida. 3023 is located in Tower 3 on the 2nd floor. The unit is fully furnished with all the comforts of a home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Unit 3023 has a KING bed in the Master and 2 queen beds in the guest bedroom. Sofa Sleeper in the living room.

ALL NEW FURNITURE! There is ample seating in the living room and dining room. There are three flat screen tv's for everyone's entertainment. Unit 3023 has a stackable washer and dryer located in the unit for the guest's convenience.
Complimentary starter kit of kitchen soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

Come sit on the balcony of the updated unit and enjoy your day just relaxing on your balcony.
You can't beat this location! In the heart of Destin, Shoreline Towers is within minutes of restaurants, shopping, water sports, fishing, and golf. The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! Enjoy the soothing sauna, swim in our pristine clean pool, play tennis or shuffleboard, use the exercise room, grill out, or picnic by the lake. . Security on property 24/7 for guest safety and convenience.

No Smoking, No Vaping Allowed in the Unit or on the Balcony. There are smoking/vaping areas in designated areas on the property.

No Boats, Rv's, jet skis, or trailers are allowed on the property.

Please note, that personal umbrellas and tents are NOT allowed by the association from March to October 31.
You are within walking distance of shopping and restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop

Absolutely a BEAUTIFUL unit!

We stayed at Shoreline Towers this past week in this unit. Since there wasnt any other reviews on this unit, i was kind of sceptical on renting it but we gave it a shot. And boy am I glad we did! This unit is just like its advertised! It was recently renovated and you could definitely tell. It was beautiful, spacious for my family of 5, the AC stayed cold, and it was clean. The only issue we ran into was one of the tubs was draining slow and i called the front office and they had someone come out and fix it pretty quickly. All the staff was so friendly, and the owner was super nice as well! We loved staying in tower 3 because its right in the middle of the beach and the pool. Needless to say we did not want to leave. Definitely reccomend staying here!
