Stayed on many different properties. One of the best is right here. If you want to be on the beach in a nice house with a lot of people this house is for you.
House is as advertised . Small issues did arise during our stay but the management group was always right on it, we were always able to reach someone, and they were very quick to fix or remedy the situation.
Location is the best in all Destin. House truly does accommodate 44 persons with ease, we had 43. The beach and sand is absolutely top notch. You wont find a better beach in the continental U.S. for playing in the sand and water as a family. Beach and sand were perfect for our nightly beach volleyball tournaments. House is well stocked with cooking utensils. You do need to bring your own beach towels. The small shade covered pools were very helpful for little kids during hot days. The kitchens are great and spacious for cooking and serving large groups. Floor plan is very efficient and the elevators are nice for elderly. Each room and bathroom provided great living conditions.
My only recommendation would be to add an extra freezer or fridge/freezer in each house. Each side of the house has a large fridge freezer but with as many people as it can sleep, a little more fridge/freezer space would be nice.
Great place overall, Definitely one of the, if not the best, beach house we have stayed at.
