It is a 1 mile drive from Indian Bayou golf course and just 5 miles from the premier golf courses of Sandestin and a variety of world renowned courses in the area. 5 minutes from Destin's Harborwalk Village, the home of the largest charter fishing fleet in Florida and a hub for a variety of water sports and fishing activities. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

The property is located on Holiday Isle and features private beach access to the community beach in Destin that lays between the Gulf of Mexico and the Destin harbor. Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida is known for its gated beachfront access with limited access to our Holiday Isle homeowners and guests. Miles of relaxing white-sand beaches to walk, some great shore fishing, deep-sea fishing right in the harbor, and some of the most authentic waterside experiences this little slice of Northwest Florida paradise has to offer.
