It has its own private fenced in patio area and has easy, direct access to the beautiful soft white sand beach, the pool, tennis courts and parking lot without the hassle of elevators or stairs. Located separately from the main building, Unit #1A is quiet, peaceful and private.

Although this unit does not have a Gulf view, it offers many additional conveniences for your stay which includes an elegant kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, big screen LED Smart TVs and Blu-Ray DVD players in the living room and bedroom. There is a sunroom overlooking your own fenced-in courtyard, with the added fun of a Foosball table for your entertainment. The sky-lights and tile floors throughout the entire unit create a bright, cozy and relaxing environment. To make your home away from home vacation more complete, you’ll have your own High-Efficiency washer and dryer in the laundry room, in-room High Speed Wireless Internet and a charcoal grill & smoker. There is also High Speed Wireless Internet in the lobby and pool areas.

This gated facility has direct access to the beautiful beach, a seasonally heated pool, two tennis courts with FREE racquets available for guests, shuffleboard court, sauna, fitness center, coin operated Laundry facilities, a BBQ grill area, complimentary beach service that includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella each day of your stay (Mar 1 - Oct 30) and a Business center.

Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is just minutes away from the "Harbor Walk" boardwalk, with its dining options and many attractions that include multiple opportunities both on and off the water. Fireworks can be seen from our beach every Thursday night, in season and it's just a short drive to upscale shopping, premium outlet stores and a myriad of restaurants and bars.
