Sunny Days #403 FREE BEACH SERVICE INCLUDED - Newly Renovated

Chateau La Mer II Sunny Days 403 is a spacious, one bedroom condo on the second floor that was just remodeled with brand new kitchen and bathroom.  The cottage-white cabinets are accented by beautiful quartz countertops and sea glass backsplash!  Pull-out drawers and cabinets provide many dishes, pots and pans to use if you want, or enjoy take-out at the cute pub-style dinette.

The beamed, vaulted ceiling and electric fireplace gives a lodge vibe, while just steps from the beautiful Destin beaches.  New stainless-steel appliances include refrigerator with front access, filtered water and ice, dishwasher and microwave. The tile floors are also updated.  Renters love the warm and cozy feeling of Sunny Days with its private back balcony and front patio overlooking the heated pool.

The large, beautiful bedroom features elegant furniture, a mounted smart TV and lovely view off the balcony.  Just a short five-minute walk to our deeded beach access and the beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald pristine water of the Gulf of Mexico. With coastal décor throughout this lovely condo, Sunny Days 403 is certain to make you will feel right at home while on vacation.

This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.

 

Beach Service Included - 2 Chairs and Umbrella

Beach service is from March 1st through October 31st.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru March. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.

Exactly as advertised!

Very nice place. One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. Beach is a 5 minute walk..restaurants in walking distance. Perfect place for us to celebrate our 43rd anniversary! Richard was very helpful with check in…just happened to be there when we pulled in. Will definitely be back!

First timer

This was my first time here in Destin the condo was very cute and perfect size for the 3 of us and it was not even a 5 min walk to the beach. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely recommend it to my friends.....Thanks again!!

Steps Away From Paradise

Perfect location in a quiet complex, just a quick 5 minute stroll across the street to the private entry to the beach. Will absolutely rent this place again!

8/10 for the price

when we arrived, there were no extra blankets and pillows (things happen, not a big deal!) - the landlord immediately brought us over some. he was great at communication. he also came and cleaned our bathtub drain out (just build up of sand & such). not too much to complain about, it’s good for the price, if that makes sense. the 1 thing that does need addressed is the bathroom exhaust fan. the vent itself collects a lot of moisture (maybe the filter needs changed?) causing it to drip all over the floor. & it is also starting to cause mold around it. that is the only reason i didn’t 10/10 this property.

Perfect family vacation spot

Great Condo

Although we were only there a couple of days, this condo made our stay very comfortable. Everything was as described and convenient to the multiple places we were going. The area is safe and within walking distance to the beach. Great communication and we were provided beforehand with a lot of great information about things to do and places to go. Would stay again!

Loved our stay!

This property is just as described! Very close to the beautiful beach and right by the pool! It was very clean and having the washer/dryer in the unit was so handy. Having the beach chairs and umbrella at the beach was a plus too. We loved our stay!!

Great Condo

Great place to stay. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. It is family friendly community. It is a walk to the beach, but i knew that going into it. What really surprised me is there even was a little fold up buggy that could be used for kids, toys, coolers, etc and i thought that was a great touch. Needs a clothes drying rack. But seriously great condo and no issues what so ever. Thank you!

Great place!!

Great for a family! Looks even better in person!! Condo was clean and the bed was VERY comfortable! Pool and grounds were very clean also. Everyone there was very respectful, quiet and friendly!
