"Everything was great bed was soft and comfortable my hairdryer didnt work but i brought my own. When it came to breakfast i believe doe the price it could of been better than just biscuit gravy cereal and oatmeal. The cheaper hotels like quality inn in bossier has egga waffles aausage biscuits and gravy etc. Juat as well as la quinta has a better choice of breakfast."

"From appearances, the hotel has attempted to re-model however there are telltale signs of wear and tear. The one elevation is dated, small, slow making clunky noise. The elevator inside smelled and the laminate flooring was cracked/broken. We were placed on the 3rd floor, one room from the exit door, felt as though walking a scene from a scary movie. Our room only had one odd like chair! assume it’s a video chair that kids sat in to play video games/one has to lean back and look up at the tv screen. We are older mature adults and the bed mattress was elevated and constantly slid from the frame. The TV was very small and sounds erratic. My spouse had to watch March Madness basketball games via his cell phone. Next morning, husband decided to go downstairs for a cup of coffee. After a long wait, staff informed there’s NO Coffee. This was the straw that broke the camel’s back!! We will never stay again."

"The front lobby staff was super kind when I arrived and very courteous. However I had an issue with my room key not working so I was unable to leave unless I went and got office staff to let me in the room was not all as clean as well. There was hair in the bed as well as gnats in the sink and there was also food on the wall as well I guess that previous guest dropped but wasn’t clean up. The office staff was kind enough to accommodate me during my stay however I just won’t be returning this location for a stay again "

"This was a good place to stay. The only issue was one of the elevators didn’t work properly. "

"Not a hotel, this is a motel! This "hotel" had no tissue, only 1 towel, and the room was not cleaned. There was 1 staff available to clean all rooms. I witnessed at least 4 people check out within 10 minutes of checking in, due to the same issues. The African American lady at the front was really nice and professional, she brought up light bulbs and tissue. She contacted the owner but he stated he was not going to approve anything she asked. My family and I had to check out as well after 20 minutes. Please don't come here, go anywhere else. "
