"We stayed at Safestay Hotel in Brussels for 4 nights and had a great time! The location is super convenient—just a short walk to Grand Place, surrounded by restaurants and tourist spots. The room was clean, with a perfectly sized washroom. The digital room key was a nice modern touch. The elevator is a bit old and sometimes a little shaky, but it gets the job done. Staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. We stayed during spring, so the cool weather was perfect—but just a heads-up,...

"An interesting hotel with large rooms with breakfast included at a reasonable cost. Close to the city and station. Next to several blocks of flats which made the area look a bit rough late at night but probably safe. Large rooms with good bathroom but otherwise the rooms were very bare with not even a plastic glass for water and no tea or coffee. It gave the impression of having been a more luxurious hotel in the past."

"The Staff - especially Chaltine who was particularly helpful and full of practical advice - were good, the room was spacious, the property itself was clean and well-maintained, the location - 10 minutes walk from Brussels Midi Station was most convenient. However, the local area looked like Edinburgh or Birmingham during their respective bin-strikes. Only a few of the local cafes/restaurants sold alcohol. Those that did were of quality and/or value for money establishments."

"Conviently located hotel near Metro 3 stops from Midi with several dining options in the area. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and well equipped. Fridge was useful. Bath and basin in the bedroom area separated slightly by a room divider. Loo was separate! Longer shower hose needed and couldn't isolate bath from shower. "

"The hotel was walking distance to the metro and had a lot of nice restaurants in the area. The breakfast was good ($16 a person). The room was nice and very clean. The sofa bed was very hard and uncomfortable but the other beds were comfortable."
