However, we were given a very hot top-floor room during 28°C weather, with no air conditioning and windows that barely opened. The fan provided did not help and none of us could sleep. "The staff were wonderful and cheerful. Restaurant and bar were excellent. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The property is within a five minute walk to the theatres and cathedral. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel is close to the City Centre and has around 5 parking spaces for clients. The staff were very kind and helpful. The property is very old and each room is named after the Cathedral bishops. The room was light and airy with windows that open. We were at the back and there is a public path which was a bit noisy. The rooms are fine but could do with some updating. A dirty towel had been left outside the door and the hedge adjacent to our room was overgrown and restricted access. Dinner I'm afraid was not good, I ordered a fillet steak and asked for new potatoes as I was on a low fat diet.
