"When I made my reservation through Expedia, I did not notice that it listed a smoking room. I asked if they had a non-smoking room. The clerk said there were none available but I could pay for an upgrade to a Junior Suite. I said no. Another person in our group asked the same question when they arrived and they were told there were non-smoking rooms available. The carpet in the room was very dirty."

"The staff was wonderful. Both the lady who checked us in and the lady who checked us out were very nice, friendly, and welcoming, and they made the experience pleasant. The room itself was just okay. It could have been cleaner, as there were cobwebs in several corners and some areas that were noticeably dusty. The biggest issue, however, was the noise from upstairs. "Lovely place, especially the wrap around deck that we enjoyed every day and night. Spacious 3 bedroom, so we each had our own bedroom since there was only 3 of us staying. It would accommodate 8 people though since there was 2 beds in the one bedroom. It was a perfect location. Walking distance to the Isle of Capri Casino and Main Street shops.
