"Very good"

"From the very beginning the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool area was as clean and the staff nice and friendly. "

"Nice location. Good staff. Nice interior design. value for money."

"The property is situated in a peninsula in Kalutara on a road with almost no traffic, a pleasant surprise in such a busy (and wonderful) city. The beach is lovely, but not swimmable because of strong currents. The room was large and bright. The washroom was clean, and the shower was awesome. "Citrus Waskaduwa is well located along the coast not far from two main cities of Kalutara & Panadura. Star quality hotel with extremely friendly staff 👌 "

There is no service at the hotel whatsoever. Rooms are not ready on time for check-in. Contrary to the descriptions, there is no bar at the hotel. The food is „so so”, and all three meals a day are almost the same. The hotel is...

"NEED TO LOOK AFTER CLEANLINESS ,CHEF FOOD YUMMY,"

"Shabby room in desperate need of updating. The air conditioning rattles louder than the local train line behind the hotel making it difficult sleep and there is no ceiling fan to keep cool as an alternative. The furniture is stained, possibly with mildew. The bathroom has limescale, mould and a blocked sink. The bathroom towels were frayed and grey. The light switches had been weirdly painted over. Uncomfortable bed and bedding. The water is not drinkable, yet they only give you 2 small bottles...
